Vgentive on the facility phone line

Vgentive is an AI voice agent for hospital and clinic phone lines in India. It answers calls in Hindi and English, books appointments, sends reminders, and gives staff a desk to follow up. Facilities start with a 7-day free trial (50 credits). Onboarding is a one-time fee, then they pay as they go with credits.

How your commission grows

Your rate depends on which paid onboarding you are on across your referrals: 1st and 2nd are Starter, 3rd through 5th are Growth, 6th onward is Champion. Starter and Growth earn on onboarding fees only, after refunds. Champion adds commission on credit recharges and per-minute call usage. Each facility still earns for you for 12 months from its first paid onboarding fee.

Payouts and what does not earn

  • Commission window

    12 months per facility from first paid onboarding.

  • Free trial

    Nothing during a facility's free trial. No commission on line rental, taxes, or free credits.

  • Review period

    New earnings stay pending for 15 days, then become available.

  • Withdrawals

    Withdrawals need at least one converted referral (paid onboarding from a facility you referred). Until then, referral balances cannot be paid out. Minimum withdrawal ₹500. PAN and payout details required. Every withdrawal is reviewed and approved.

  • Rate updates

    Rates may change for new referrals after we publish an update.

  • Welcome credit

    When you verify your email and accept the current Partner Program Terms, we may credit ₹100 as a one-time welcome balance in partner credits. It is shown as pending until it becomes available after the 15-day review period. Withdrawal unlocks after your own first paying facility (applies to all credits). Minimum withdrawal is ₹500.

    • Full agreement

    Commission, tax, clawbacks, and payout rules are in the program agreement you accept at signup.

    Who should join the partner program

    Vgentive helps hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and diagnostic centres answer patient calls and book appointments on the line. The program is for people who already have those relationships in India, not for generic software resellers.

    • Medical representatives (MRs)

      You visit doctors, clinics, and hospital departments daily. Introduce facilities that struggle with missed calls and front-desk overload.

    • Distributors and dealers

      You supply devices, diagnostics, or consumables into hospitals and clinics. Add Vgentive when owners ask about patient calls and OPD bookings.

    • Field connectors

      Hospital liaisons, nursing-home advisors, diagnostic centre reps, and others who already speak with administrators and owners.

    Create an account, verify your email, then share your link. Read the Partner Program Terms before you sign up. No long application on this site.

      Create your account

      Sign up with your work email and password, accept the program terms, and verify your email. One partner account per email.

    2. Step 2

      Copy your partner link

      Your dashboard shows a signup link and a site link, both with your referral code. Copy the one you want to share.

    3. Step 3

      Share with facilities you trust

      Send your link to hospital admins, clinic owners, or front-desk leads who need better call coverage.

    4. Step 4

      Earn and withdraw

      Earnings stay pending for 15 days, then become available. You can withdraw only after your own first paying facility. Minimum withdrawal is ₹500.
